Exact pricing depends on the feasibility and complexity of the service. All services are covered by a 6-month warranty. Initial assessment of hardware damage and repair can be performed either on site or at our facility. Repair time varies depending on complexity. Prices below are indicative.
On-site assessment: reimbursement of travel, accommodation and subsistence costs, plus a daily rate of EUR 150.
Assessment at our facility: round-trip transportation costs, insurance, and customs duties and fees.
Hardware repair: lump-sum price (to be agreed in advance), or EUR 200/day per expert + EUR 50/day for lab facilities, plus the cost of replacement parts.
Software services: lump-sum price (to be agreed in advance), or EUR 300/day per expert
